Some blends are born from a simple question: what does calm actually taste like? For us, the answer was SERENITY, a chamomile and cinnamon blend crafted to be the most comforting cup in our collection. Here's the story behind it, and why it's become a ritual for so many of our customers.
Why Chamomile?
Chamomile has been used as a calming botanical for thousands of years, and for good reason. Its active compound, apigenin, binds to receptors in the brain that promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. It's gentle, naturally caffeine-free, and has a soft, floral sweetness that makes it one of the most universally loved herbs in the world.
But chamomile on its own can feel one-dimensional. We wanted something warmer, more layered, more intentional.
Why Cinnamon?
Cinnamon brings depth. Its warm, spiced character wraps around the delicate floral notes of chamomile and transforms the cup into something that feels genuinely cozy, like a blanket in a mug. Beyond flavor, cinnamon supports healthy blood sugar levels and has natural anti-inflammatory properties, making it a meaningful addition rather than just a flavoring.

How to Brew SERENITY
- Water temperature: 200 to 208°F (just off the boil)
- Steep time: 4 to 5 minutes
- Optional: A drizzle of raw honey enhances the floral sweetness beautifully
